How does autoship work?

Autoship is simply a program that allows you to set up automatic deliveries of items you buy regularly so you never have to worry about running low on stock.

What are the benefits of autoship?

Not only will you stop having those “Shoot! I forgot to order Penny’s Nexgard” moments, you’ll also save $$ with an extra 5% on all future autoship orders.

Opting into the PetMeds autoship program is easy peasy. Shop our site and add your pet’s favorite products to your cart. At checkout, choose the autoship option and even select the frequency of when you want that item delivered.

Can I order Rx Medications or Veterinary Diet items with autoship?

Yes. Follow the same process for setting up autoship for those items in addition to choosing your pet and vet for that item and PetMeds will reach out to your vet for authorization before shipping out your order.

Can I change my autoship frequency if I need it more/less often?

Of course! You can change your autoship schedule at any time. Just go to your account and click on Manage Autoship for options to change your frequency per item.

Can I cancel my autoship?

Yes! You can cancel your autoship subscription at any time.

How will I know when my next order is coming?

Don’t worry! When it is close to your next order, we will email you with a reminder that we are shipping out your order soon. When your order has shipped, we will email you a confirmation with tracking.

Is there a limit on how many items I can set up to autoship?

Nope! You can autoship as many items as you need.

How long does my order take?

Most orders are shipped same day. Times may vary for Rx orders requiring authorization from your veterinarian. Please allow 1-2 business days for any Rx orders.

How do I track my order

As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with the tracking link enclosed.

Can I change my order?

Once your order has shipped you cannot change your order; however, we do offer free & easy returns and exchanges.

If your Autoship item goes out of stock, we will contact you immediately letting you know. You will not get charged your Autoship until that item ships.
