- PetCareRx does not ship internationally. We ship to the US and its territories.
- Standard Shipping will be free on all orders over $48 (after any discounts/coupons applied) and less than 60 pounds.
- Standard Shipping rate of $5.99 will be applied to all orders below $48, waived for PetPlus members.
- Orders over 60 pounds and orders outside the lower 48 states are shipped ground at current carrier rates.
- PetPlus members outside the lower 48 states will be charged shipping at these rates.
- Additional charges may apply to both PetPlus and non-members for temperature-controlled items.
- Orders placed for pet food will be shipped within the next business day.
- PetCareRx does not ship on Saturday, Sunday, or carrier-defined holidays.
- You must have a street address for delivery. Pet food cannot be shipped to an APO/APE or PO Box.
- If you order pet food along with other items, please be aware that you will receive your pet food order in a separate shipment. You will not incur additional shipping charges.
- Vaccines are shipped Next-Day, but orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday for vaccines will not ship until Monday.
